The scariest thing happened yesterday. I was on my hands and knees trying to find some envelopes on the bottom shelf of a cabinet. Out of nowhere I sort of threw up in my mouth, or I guess you could say it was sort of like really bad acid reflux. On instinct I had stood up real quick because I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually get sick or what. Then I couldn’t breathe! I kept gasping for air and my lungs would not fill. Finally I opened the basement door to get Ken’s attention but I couldn’t get my body to walk down the stairs, I just kept gasping for air. Ken heard me and it felt like he took his sweet time getting up to see what I was doing. I don’t know if he thought I was just standing there crying from watching a sad movie or what…but geez…when you hear someone making crazy sounds it can’t be good- move your ass! By the time he came upstairs I was able to catch short breaths, but couldn’t talk for another minute or so. That was the strangest scariest thing!
February Photo A Day. I know I said yesterday I was going to wait and share the photos weekly here on the blog, but I decided to use the photos as inspiration to blog. I am sure I can come up with something to write about along with each photo. Knowing me all I have to do is start typing about one thing and plenty of things start popping in my head.
This is basically where my butt is planted from Eight to Four everyday. Yep, that’s Tori, my Yorkie sitting on my desk. Her bed is actually on top of the filing cabinet and she drives me crazy all day long whining to get up there so she can lay down and gaze out the window and take naps. Whenever I get up to do something she jumps down and follows me. Once I sit back down she wants back up. It’s a vicious cycle I wish I never would have started.
