Week 4 Weigh In – First Month Results

End of our first month of weight loss…I lost 10.6 pounds and Ken lost 16.9 – not bad for 1 month of just changing our eating habits. I would like to say that month two will involve exercise, but we will see! We are happy with our results so far…let’s see if we can lose even more the second month.

    Great Job Candi and Ken! Keep changing things up to keep it interesting. I know I can feel myself slipping with my choices of food already. I didnt buy enough veggies to make it through the week and I found myself eating more carbs when I didnt have the veggies in each meal. But the good thing is that I can feel my pants getting baggier and no more headaches. I finally bought a scale so I weighed myself, for the first time, after 3 weeks into my diet. The nice thing is that I weigh about 20 pounds less than I thought!

      That is awesome Kelly! I wish I could get on the scale and be off by 20 pounds!! My pants have felt baggier in the butt area only…sort of strange place to lose it first, but I am happy with it, lol! Keep it up and thanks for the update.
