We had a bad experience with Karli's one year photos.  I waited until Karli was a year old to take her to this well know and expensive photographer.  The photos turned out terrible and we had to go back for retakes.  Ken took Karli the second time and he basically was the one to get her to smile instead of the photographer.  The gal was snobby and was too busy chatting with her assistant the first time and I knew that the photos were going to be horrible.  After she told me how she doesn't do retakes she finally agreed that she would redo them for us since she knew how important they were too me.  I still was not impressed and I still do not feel that the photos were worth the amount of money we spent.  Lesson learned.  The white dress is Karli's baptism dress.

My grandma took Karli to Walmart for her 9 month photos because she wanted a picture of her in angel wings.
