Christmas
Day
Poor Baby Chase was not
feeling too well. He went to the doctor's on
Christmas Eve and was
diagnosed with an ear infection.
He did manage to open some of
his presents, with help.
Hours later still just
hanging out sucking on his nini.
Blake got the train table
that he has been talking about for over 6 months now.
He got tons of new trains,
tracks, stations, etc.
Andrew was most excited about
his snow board...one of the cheapest gifts he got! Figures!
An electric airplane so we
can run into all the neighbors cars and houses!!
Funny Blake did not even know
what the train table was at first.
Look at the look on his face,
like huh?

Preparing for Christmas
~ O CHRISTMAS TREE
~
This year we decided to get a real Christmas
tree. Our artificial one is so big it has to go in the den and it
isn't as Christmasy feeling in the room while we open presents in
the family room. So we decided to get a smaller real one and put it
up by the fireplace. We must have walked a mile looking for the
right one. At the Christmas tree farm they also had some
animals for the kids to see and some pony rides. Andrew, at 8
years old, acts like he is too old for this kind of thing, so only
Blake rode a pony. We got some snacks and watched some kids
put on a Christmas program. The boys really enjoyed listening
to the singing.
~ CHILDREN'S
WONDERLAND ~
I have visited Children's Wonderland since I
was a young girl. The place seemed so big back then and it
seemed like it took forever to go through. I remember getting tired
towards the end. The place is still the same size, but now
seems so small! It still took a while to get through because the
boys visited Santa, rode the train, and we kept going from here to
there, and then having to go back to decorations we missed. It
is a really cute place for kids and it does get you in the Christmas
mood.
