Grab the tissues

I’ve run across this a few times and it’s one of those videos that is totally worth watching. My favorite part “I walked in with you alone so I am walking out with you alone.”

I don’t have a fear of getting old…we all gotta do it. But I certainly fear death. I believe in heaven and life after death, but I worry that I won’t find people I know in heaven. It’s strange I know, but I wonder if it takes a long time to find loved ones that have passed before you or if they are there waiting for you and you’ll find them instantly??

Getting older is tough for me because it means getting closer to the end and leaving my family. I do believe though that we will be reunited in heaven and that any that have gone before me will be waiting to help me cross and I will do the same for those that come after me.

That video was so sweet – true love.

I worry more about growing old than dying. Dying does not scare me one bit, but growing old, looking old, and not being able to carry out my life as I now know it…scares me to death!
There are a couple of books that I have read and would recommend to anyone with fears or questions about death and heaven. 90 Minutes in Heaven by Don Piper & Heaven is for Real by Todd Burpo

I feel the same way. I worry about not finding my family, especially If I go before them. I had a Blood transfusion recently (Low Iron Anemia),and was thinking about this same thing almost the whole night.I was scared. I couldn’t wait for my husband to get there the next day.
