Saturday was the Daddy Daughter Dance – 3 years down and 3 more to go! It’s a really special day for the girls in our community to dress up and go out to dinner with their dads and then attend the dance afterwards. Of course it ends up being all the girls hanging out with their friends and the dads standing around chatting with the other dads. Most importantly it’s a reason to buy a pretty dress and put on a little bit of makeup which Karli would do every weekend if she was able to. Karli had the grand idea to do an OOTD (Oufit of the Day Video) so we had to hurry and get her ready a bit early so we had time to make the video. She thought she was going to be able to make the video herself (hence the tripod you see in the video), but I insisted I help her instead. She was a bit nervous, but it still turned out cute.
